Ever since Vidya Malavade landed a role in Chak De!, her film career has got a real boost and there has been no looking back since. Whilst the model-turned-actress’ real age may not be of the twenty-some-thing kind, she is still considere a newbie in industry circules. Age certainly is no bar when it comes to Vidya’s work given she has a sizeale number of films on hand. She will be seen in Sanjay Gadhvi’s next - after the smash hit Dhoom 2 - Kidnap starring Sanjay Dutt and Imran Khan, Chandan Arora’s Striker with South sensation Siddharth and Tigmanshu Dhulia’s net with Govinda.
“Honestly I don’t feel anything about something so inane as my age when it comes to my career. But I am happy about the fact that I am still considered a newbie because that suggests I am just starting out and that is fantastic because that’s exactly how I see myself. There’s a long way to go and lots to learn along this fascinating jouney I am on,” says Vidya.
