I am not out of Tamil television industry

Meera Vasudevan, who is currently enjoying her second innings in films, insists that she is not moving out of telly. The pretty actress is currently hosting Attam Pattam, a game show on Kalaignar TV. “I have been away from film industry for personal reasons and have accepted a few offers in the recent months. I enjoy hosting Attam Pattam and looking for interesting scripts to be a part of television,” she says.
After walking out of a bad marriage, Meera is looking at life from a different perspective. “I feel that a girl should fulfill all her dreams before marriage. However, I am determined to get back my lost glory both in telly and films,” she says. The actress is acurrently acting in films like Kathi Kappal in which she plays the role of a girl, who wants to take revenge against those who killed her husband and the role of a district collector in Neeye. The actress is being flooded with offers from the Malayalam and Hindi film industry.
“Tamil will always be my first love. Though I was born and brought up in Mumbai and have acted in commercials, I want to prove myself in the Tamil entertainment industry. In the coming days, you will see more from me,” says the talented actress.
